2. Data Retention and Anonymization

We firmly believe in data minimization. Your personal parameters (name, email, and physical shipping address) are retained only as long as necessary to safely complete product delivery, handle logistics disputes, prevent fraudulent claims and comply with regulations.

                Strict Anonymization Directive: Exactly sixty (60) days after your transaction is completed, all non-essential shipping details and personally identifiable information are permanently wiped from our active systems.

                Mandatory Archiving: In compliance with regulations, we may retain core invoice data—specifically your name, billing postal code, province and the purchase amount—for six (6) years. This data is archived and isolated, never used for marketing or profiling and maintained strictly for regulatory purposes.

4. Cookies and Storage

We use cryptographically secured, server-side cookies exclusively to preserve your region information across subsequent page requests. These identifiers do not trace your activities across other web domains and exist only to provide continuity on this platform.

We use tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure our advertising effectiveness and deliver targeted ads. When you interact with our store—such as viewing products or adding items to your cart—the Pixel collects data about your browsing activity, device, and IP address, and shares it with Meta Platforms, Inc.
